Chris Zachary Photography presents: A Year In Pictures – 2010. A showcase of images compiled from the year 2010.

Images include those produced during various photography sessions such as; Engagement, Newborn, Maternity, Family, Equestrian, Music (Live + Promotional) and Corporate. As well as my own personal work including Landscapes, Surfing, Rollerblading and Travel experiences.

Its quite a simple design, it will be more of a portfolio orientated website, concentrated more on the photos than the interactivity of the site. I’ve decided to stick with a basic HTML design (a little CSS and Javascript in there too). This will increase load times and will guarantee compatibility with all browsers. My goal is too shoot as many new photos as possible for each gallery, before launching, so it will probably be a month or so before I put it up. I’m going to keep the blog, as there will be a link to it on my main site, and the url will probably change to chriszachary.com/blog. If you have any tips or ideas feel free to let me know, chris@chriszachary.com.

My original plan was to go with Pocket Wizards, but I’ve heard a lot about these and they seem to be just as good if not better, and as a plus, are cheaper. Heading to Boone this weekend to shoot some skating, so I’ll be able to test them and see how they do.
