Jess & Sean got married in the Spring at the New Hanover county arboretum in Wilmington, NC. With the spring perennials in full bloom, I couldn’t think of a more perfect time to get married here.
I had the opportunity to meet Bridget + Blake out in Raleigh, North Carolina for their engagement session at the NC Art Museum. We spend a couple hours walking around exploring the property making use of the many unique features of the building and its surroundings. I love exploring and shooting in new locations, this was one of my favorites!
I had the opportunity to team up with Folk & Wayfarer to shoot this amazing elopement in Asheville, NC. They recited their vow and changed into their wedding attire along side a stream in the Pisgah National Forest before hiking to Moore Cove Falls for a more formal, officiated ceremony with their closest family members. We even had a chance to go up to Looking Glass Falls for some couples portraits. I can’t express how much I love elopements, its a less complicated, more intimate way to tie the knot, not to mention it cuts out a lot of unnecessary costs, and it allows you the time and opportunity to focus on what matters the most, becoming one in marriage.
